Offering:
Piano, guitar, electric bass, voice, violin, viola, and cello lessons.

5 benefits of becoming a School of Performing Arts Student:

1. Piano, Guitar, Electric Bass, Voice, Violin, Viola, and Cello lessons, all in one location in Stevens Point!
This saves our students time and money, as one family can take multiple instruments on the same day.  Other studios offer multiple instruments, but we are the only one to offer all of the most popular instruments.  Current availability is Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Electric Bass, Voice, Piano, Violin, Viola, and Cello.

2. Our exceptional teaching faculty.
The teachers at the School of Performing Arts are genuinely excited to work with and encourage the musical goals of all our students.  We strive to find just the right balance between fun and hard work, stressing good technique and form so that all students can find enjoyment in a healthy manner. All of our teachers have either university training or professional performance experience, and in many cases both.  Our music teachers are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to achieve them.

3. A wide range of lesson times available
Whether you want to learn piano, guitar, voice or any of the other instruments offered, we will work with you to set up a convenient lesson time.  We also realize that schedules throughout the year change and or some students and teachers don't gel, thus a student can find the right teacher and or the right time with little hassle.

4. Twice yearly practicing competitions and challenges
As many parents know, practicing can get tedious.  Each year, to help combat this constant issue, the School of Performing Arts students have the opportunity to compete in 2 school-wide practicing challenges and competitions.  Students log their practice hours and submit them at the end of the event to win valuable prizes, trophies, and recognition at the recital.  These events get students practicing and rapidly improving at their instruments!

5. Month to Month lessons
The Stevens Point School of Performing Arts does not require semester minimums for lessons. Beyond 2 months, every student is here on a month to month basis and all students are welcome to sign up for our monthly make up classes.  We will not commit you to a long-term contract like other music schools.
